50ml Falcon tube holder
This expandable 35 deg holder for 50ml Falcon tubes can be configured to your needs.
Some background: Typically, either small flasks or falcons can be used for growing of cultures for minipreps, small scale expression testing or for starter cultures for large scale expression.
What I needed to do: Clone and express several proteins.
The problem: I only had access to 1 very small shaker incubator equipped only with sticky mats (no clamps in sight).
The solution: Designed angled holders for 50ml falcons which can go into the shaker incubator, stick to the sticky mats, and allow for efficient agitation and good bacterial growth.
